RECYCLED POP ART

My art has a lot of humor. 

It is taken from my own life experiences and perceptions of what is going on around me, and my own struggles for youth, beauty and acceptance.  I struggle everyday with huge insecurities about myself and what people think of me. 

I was raised Jewish and went to Hebrew school.  I do not consider myself any one religion now, but all of them.  I live each day with hope and humor. 

My paintings are Recycled Pop Art.  I purchase canvases of old paintings or prints from thrift stores and paint over them.
